The flower "Anicham" is well known in Tamil Nadu and the softness and tenderness is world-famous. It is a very good subject for poets - there has been several poems on it, compared to the fragility of a women.
It is said that the blow we take to smell the flower will even make it droop. Here are some pictures of it.
